My Birthday Boys!

The oldest and the youngest, my mismatched bookends, sweet, and lovable, and getting older everyday.

This week has brought two birthday celebrations to our house, Gavin who turned the big #13 and Gentry who will be the big #3 in a matter of days. It's so amazing to me to see Gavin as the big brother that he is, in spite of the ten year difference in age between Gavin and Gentry, they are the best of friends. I know that Gentry adores his big brother Gavin. He can always count on him to play with him, or make him feel better when he is sad or hurt, and I know that Gavin absolutely loves his job as a big brother, not only to Gentry, but to the other ya who's as well. he takes his job very seriously.
What a blast we have had in our home with these two Christmas boys. There is always such a feeling of love in our home when we bring home a new baby, it is such a spiritual experience, especially at Christmas time. Both of these boys have brought such joy into all of our lives, but especially mine. Gavin was my blessing when I was just beginning to think that we would NEVER have a baby, now look at us! Gentry was my blessing when I thought we were all done having babies, and I can't imagine life without him.
Happy Birthday Boys,
LOVE YOU!
