Are you by chance responsible for this?
I happen to notice that your post about your need to relive your childhood rebellion has been deleted...hmmm, I wonder!
This brought back a funny memory for me. When I was about thirteen my house was REALLY toilet papered. It seemed as though every inch of green was covered in white strips of cottony softness. Well, when my dad saw this, somehow he came up with this great idea that we would recycle it... What?...He made us be extra careful when we were pulling it out of all the trees as to not rip it, or get it dirty, after all, "it was perfectly good toilet paper that could still be used".
Months later, we were still pulling the toilet paper out of a big black garbage bag every time we needed to take care of business.
Good thing it rained, or I might have made my kids experience the same humiliating fate of recycled TP!

Love your guts girl!!!
Glad you took it with great stride. We were afraid you would be getting up soon and catch us. We did feel pretty guilty about the rain though.
Oh, that story made me laugh so hard!
I totally thought they were kidding! It feels so good to be in bed by 10 sometimes. It makes the mind nice and rejuvenated.
My dad used to do that too, Stacy. Isn't there a better way to save a buck?
That's awesome - and I love your dad's idea!
That brought back memories. That is really funny, Stacy
Love you!!!!!!!!!!! Mom
You were such a good sport about it! So nice you helped us clean it up in the rain this morning too :-), next time you have to come with us! It was just as fun at 34 as it was as a teenager!
Our dads must be brothers!!
Love the blog--cutest colors...cutest kids...so fun to get to know my own cousin better.
XOXO
Catrina
P.S. Send me your email so I can invite you to mine-rinawarner@qwest.net. Christy & Charity have one too-you can link to them from mine cause I don't remember their address.
Oh that's funny! I think that recycling that TP is hilarious! So when somebody 'eggs' your house you can call me, I've got a great French Toast recipe!
Sherian, don't give those crazy's any ideas!
At least the perpetrators didn't use recycled toilet paper on your house.
That is hilarious! I can totally see myself doing that to save a little moola! Pretty pathetic I know! So how is the paper route going? I am looking for a little something myself and it is so hard to find something that works with kids still at home. Maybe I will have to look into that...
Stacy! Catrina sent me pics of the reunion and said she had fun chatting with you. It is great to be in touch with you now. Your children are all so big- I remember Gavin as a tiny 4 or 5 year old the last time I saw him! It sounds like you guys are great. It will be fun to show my children my cousins blog :) and to stay in touch!
Too funny! I thought that you HAD to save tp if your house got hit! Isn't it an unwritten law?
You and Alex are showoffs...you getting up at 2 now? You guys are gone by the time I get there now! I needed someone to laugh at Walmart with me yesterday!! Come on...white and nerdy...he's killing me!!!!!! AHHH!! I nedded to make cracks at him so bad, but no one cracks back like you!!!
Maybe...Saturday or Sunday?
No! Using recycled TP?!!! I think I would have had to have my first moment of rebellion if my dad had done that;)
