In doing some research on some health issues that my mom has been having I have discovered an interesting little tidbit. Did you know that we "humans" as Lanie would call us, should drink half of our body weight in ounces every day? Do you realize how much water that is for me? I'm not going to tell you but to give you and idea just picture Niagara Falls! Is that physically possible? I have always known that water is something I should be drinking more of but for some reason I just don't. To tell you the truth I am not a water drinker at all, I don't really even like it all that much. How can that be? It's not supposed to taste like anything but I swear it tastes funny, and I am sure it has nothing to do with the fact that I think anything worth drinking should taste like Diet Coke and burn just a little.
Note to myself of new goal. After all that research and learning all the health benefits of water and knowing all the reasons water is the best thing to drink, Stacy, reach for the water first. You know this stuff. At least give it a try. Start small. Don't drink it all at once. Baby steps. You will be healthier and be a better example to your children for health and fitness. Besides, it cant hurt.

I read that the water figures you read include all the water you consume through foods, so most of it comes through food and not drinking water. 2 or 3 glasses a day should be fine...
