Spring Break at Bryce Canyon

Highlights from our trip to the Beautiful Bryce Canyon.

• Going swimming at the motel pool with all of my kids, what a crack up they are. The funniest was after I had climbed into the pool and turned around to get Gentry and he had stripped down to his hubba hubba's, totally naked. It sure looked like a big bathtub to me too cute boy. Oh, we laughed and laughed!
• Hiking down into the canyon on a perfectly beautiful day. We couldn't have picked a better day than the one we did. The kids did awesome, even the little ones did great. I only had a couple moments that stressed me out because of heights and little kids being so close to the edge.
• I stand in amazement of the beauty in this world and I marvel at all of Heavenly Fathers creations. Places like this can sure make you feel small in this big huge world.
• The cute little chipmunk that reminded us of Theodore. What a cute little critter that was.
• The yummy dinner that we had at the Pines Restaurant. I have got to figure out a way to recreate that strawberry banana pie we had for dessert. Wow!
• How Lanie always referred to our motel room as our "apartment", I have no idea why she called it that but it would make us chuckle every time she would say it.
• Being all together as a family with nothing to rush off to. My kids really are a blast to hang out with and I hope when I am old and gray that they will still want to hang out with Xandi and I. Thanks for making it such a fun trip guys. You are the bomb!
