It's a couple months late because we are so difficult to actually pin down a time, but Xandi's parents have always been so sweet to take each of the their grownup kids out for their birthdays. The birthday boy chose a swanky restaurant up at the new City Center called Texas de Brazil. He is a sucker for all you can eat meat, especially Brazilian. Mission memories. This place is a lot like Rodizio but fancier, and with it just opening they were running a deal that you got complimentary dessert as well. Oh my, you could have rolled us home, but boy it was delicious and getting to chat with mom and dad Schmalz was great. We just don't get very many chances to visit so when we do it's so nice. The new City Center is pretty awesome too and it was fun to walk around and check out stores that we haven't ever been in before. Thank you mom and dad!
