My Comic Relief

Hanging out with Lanie and Gentry all day is the funnest thing ever.
Here's just a sample...

Lanie and Gentry have been spending a lot of time down in the basement playing house. They crack me up calling each other "honey" and "sweetie", not only when they are down playing house, but all day. When Gentry can't find his big sis, he yells, "honey, where are you?" and Lanie yells back, "sweetie, I'm in my room". How cute is that?

The other day when Lanie woke up, the first thing she did was come wake me up and ask me if I could get her on the dot com, because she really wanted to play a computer game.

Gentry is obsessed with the movie Chronicles of Narnia. He went through a spell about a week ago where he wanted to watch it everyday. The thing is, he truly believes that he is Peter from the movie. He will sit and watch it and give you a play by play of what is going to happen next. he says stuff like, "this is when my sisters get sad because I get hurt", and "look, my brother is going to get hurt, but he will live" and "look how good I fight with my sword".
He also has this knight book that he carries around all day long, and I am not exaggerating about this either, it's all day, pointing at pictures, saying " I didy, didy, didy want to be that" and not for Halloween either, we're talking real life!

I love these two cabooses!

P.S. You are the smartest person --there is no pretending.

So cute of them... probably seeing your example that they are like that. I need to be better at writing the small stuff down again. Hope you are feeling better!
