WE SURVIVED! It was only nine hours but it seemed like fifty! Thanks to the winter storm that rolled into town on Wednesday afternoon. The one that stranded Xandi in his car for six hours and left us at home without power. We are now very aware that we aren't as prepared and self reliant as I thought we were. We do have some very talented shadow puppet artist's though, who knew!

What did you do to keep from freezing??
If you have any preparedness ideas for heat, let me know. I always get stuck on that one.
