So our little fire has now turned into a huge fire that has caused at least 1000 homes in Saratoga Springs to be evacuated. So scary, and so very smokey. When we woke up this morning there was an eerie glow of red that seemed more like a sunset than a sunrise thanks to the huge plume of smoke covering the sun. Right now we are praying for so many families in harms way and hoping that they get this little fire that should have been put out last night under control. I guess it can't hurt to pray for rain as well.
We are also sending #3 out the door this afternoon for a scout camp out and rafting trip down the Provo river. What are we going to do with only two kids to entertain us? I suggested we go burn up the town...too late for that though.
