Sophie and her cute friends were all gungho trying to win the cupcake competition for our neighborhood youth fundraiser. I think they did a pretty sweet job although I didn't really taste them, for 1) they have sugar and I am currently 3 weeks sugar free, and 2) they are by far the worst combination ever invented...mint and chocolate. I did have the teeniest tiniest taste of the frosting and the cupcake separately and they seemed to be winners to me. Turns out though, after all that hard work they wouldn't have let the youth win anyway. It was all for a good cause and I know they had fun playing in the kitchen!

3 weeks- way to go! And I LOVE mint and chocolate. Second only to peanut butter and chocolate. Oh, and coconut and chocolate. And raspberries and chocolate.
