2012 is now upon us and with that is a renewed wish for myself to DO a little bit better and BE a little bit better. I sure could go into detail about how exactly I want to do that but I just don't have time right this second and I need to get this post under my belt so I don't start out the year already on the wrong foot.
As I type this my cute little family is gearing up for our family movie night. I love our Sunday night tradition of family time and hope to make that a big part of our year. Time seems to be running out faster than I am ready to accept, and these little times that are so simple are the times that I will forever treasure.
With the new year comes something new I would like to try to help document our day to day lives here at the Schmalz house. At least a PICTURE A DAY is what we will call it. I got this great idea from a friend of mine and took to it. If this idea will help me BE better at keeping up with our lives and making sure that I help my kids remember what a great mom they had (winkwink) then I win. I love our CRAZY, BUSY life and with a PICTURE A DAY we will remember more of what our crazy, busy lives have been like all year long when this project is over.
