"...We are all needed to finish the work that was begun by those pioneering saints over 175 years ago and carried out through the subsequent decades by faithful saints of every generation. We need to believe as they believed. We need to work as they worked. We need to serve as they served. And we need to overcome as they overcame..." M. Russell Ballard
What we learned on the great plains of Wyoming while participating in Pioneer Trek... *Wyoming is not going to be running out of mosquito's or antelope any time soon.
*Sometimes it's not the walking that breaks you down, it's the bus ride!
*When you have a little help and work as a team, life is going to be a little bit easier.
*Our Father in Heaven knows and loves each and every one of us and will give us EXACTLY what we need.
*A great respect and complete reverence for the sacrifice the early saints made. What they endured. For their unwavering faith in the Gospel.
*Gratitude for the people that the Lord puts in our path for very specific reasons. Grateful for many wonderful people with such devotion to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
*Gratitude for our own testimonies, and being so grateful for the knowledge that we have.
"Let us never forget that we have a marvelous heritage received from great people who endured unimaginable suffering and demonstrated unbelievable courage for the cause that they loved." Gordon B. Hinckley
