And so it begins...I can't help thinking back to my own Junior High experience. I felt both so grown up, and yet not grown up enough. Bless his heart.
It was a happy sad day for me too. I can't believe our kids are going to the worldly jr. high school. I know, what is up with a free education that we pay for with our taxes?
Glad you guys had such a great time on your trip... now back to my book... (and I did predict a part in it).
Don't you feel like today was the beginning of the end? It seems to go so much faster the older they get. Before we know it we'll be taking them to the MTC (and hopefully not to the ER)-you know what I mean. Gavin is a super, studly, bright kid. He will be so successful at this new adventure. Gavin-get involved and HAVE FUN!!! Good luck cute boy!
Yeah for Gavin, sad for you... I think you are about to start getting phone calls from girls (if they have not been coming already)
Whoot whoooh...
Gavin: You look so handsome and ready for the day. Good luck and I love you! Grandma Bass
I have been counting down the days but I still cried!
Man:( No Gavin on the playground? Sad, sad, sad day! Very manly of him to let his mommy take his picture! Nate turned 10 and I nearly had to hold him down to get his! Good luck you Schmaltz studs and Sophie!
